Estimates are sent through Service Autopilot, our scheduling and billing system. An estimate is not binding until you accept it. Prices on the website are typical ranges, not guaranteed quotes. Final pricing depends on property size, site conditions, and the scope of work agreed upon.
Scheduling and Weather
We schedule services as close to the agreed dates as possible. Rain, storms, extreme heat, or other conditions outside our control may delay or reschedule service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of changes.
Payment
Payment is due according to the terms in your accepted estimate or invoice. Invoices are sent through Service Autopilot. Past-due balances may result in paused service until the account is brought current.
Customer Responsibilities
To help us complete work safely and on time, you agree to:
- Provide access to the service areas on scheduled days, including unlocked gates.
- Keep pets indoors or secured while our crew is on site.
- Mark irrigation heads, lines, and other in-ground features before work begins.
- Have underground utilities marked when work involves digging. You can request marking by calling 811.
We are not responsible for damage to unmarked irrigation, utilities, or other hidden items.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service involved. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Please report any concern about our work promptly so we can review it.
SMS and Email Communications
By giving us your phone number or email address, you consent to receive messages about estimates, scheduling, service reminders, invoices, and review requests. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email.
